Menopause Management

On average, women typically go through menopause around age 51, but some women may experience symptoms as early as age 40 or as late as age 55.

This transition period occurs in three phases–perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. While many women only experience mild symptoms and are able to manage them with lifestyle changes, others may experience symptoms that affect their quality of life. In those cases, it’s important to seek help from a physician who can offer individualized menopause management treatments.

  • Decreased sex drive
  • Dry eyes, skin and mouth
  • Irritability or mood swings
  • Fatigue

  • Vaginal dryness or pain
  • Changes in urinary frequency
